Features of the Inlet and Outlet Forms include:
- 4” standard or 6” traffic lid mandrels are available
- Doesn’t stick to concrete and bolts directly to forms
- Mandrels – 4” pipe = 1 ½”, 2 ½” and 3” thick; 5” pipe = 1 ½” thick
